Thumbs Up!

Whenever you ask Katie to give a "thumbs up," she points her index finger up in the air and says, "Like this?"  It's pretty darn cute to watch her struggle to get an actual thumb up.  It usually takes several minutes of coaching as well as her other hand holding down her index finger that wants to pop up.  :)

On our way home from the grocery store today:

Daniel: Do they call boy maids Joseph maids?
Me: No.
Daniel: Then why do they call girl maids Mary maids?

What? Ah, yes......Merry Maids.
