If you've interacted with my son within the last several months, you'll know that he frequently (as in - oh my gosh, are we still doing this???) pretends he's an opossum. I'm not sure how his fascination with this animal came about, but he walks around on all fours, makes funny squeaking sounds, digs through trash (we literally found him inside the garbage can one day), etc.
Tonight he was squeaking like an opossum at dinner. David said, "You sure are squeaky tonight." Daniel quickly replied with, "Yeah, but I'm allergic to WD-40."
Took me a minute, but that's funny!

Dress-Up Diva
Catherine already likes to play dress-up. She brought me five different pairs of shoes the other day and was insistent that she try each of them on. (Yes, she has that many shoes, but in my defense, I only purchased one pair.) She then proceeded to choose the black patent leather ones and wore them the remainder of the day around the house.

Italian Sports Car
Daniel: Mommy, I'm gonna drive an Italian sports car when I grow up.
Me: That sounds cool.
Daniel: You know what brand it's going to be?
Me: What?
Daniel: A Toyota.
